I noticed the other day that on the cover of the current Parents magazine was a very cute girl who happens to use a walker and leg braces. She has spina bifida, which admittedly I don't know very much about. Surely not enough to explain it to you here. I just wanted to share this beautiful picture with you all. I hope this is a sign that soon we will see more children and adults, regardless of disabilities in magazines, adds, on television, etc. This should be the norm.
