For any of you parents or family members I wanted to let you know about the monthly online chats that the International Center for Limb Lengthening, RIAO, Sinai Hospital in Baltimore offers. Some months they focus on certain topics others its any topic. This is the hospital that Dr. Nelson worked and trained at awhile ago.
This is the description they posted on Facebook. "Do you have any questions about limb length discrepancies, skeletal dysplasias (including achondroplasia), and other miscellaneous conditions? Dr. Standard will answer your questions Thursday, February 7, during a live, online chat. The chat starts at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. To receive log in information, e-mail icll@lifebridgehealth.org and provide your name and a summary of what you would like to discuss."
Just thought I would pass on this great resource and hope it helps.
